Dundurn Student Residence
accommodate individual students looking for a comfortable place to
live. Each student rents by the room, meaning they are not responsible
for the other rooms in the house.
The Dundurn Student
Residence have many of the same amenities as West Village Suites. They
are built specifically for students along Dundurn Street South. Each house
has 10 individual rooms, a kitchen, common room, and parking at the
back. All utilities are included in the $70 per month utility package,
which covers heat, hydro, water, electricity, cable and internet. Each
large size room has a double closet and a full-size fridge.
The Dundurn Student
Residence are conveniently located across from Fortinos grocery store, drug
store, movie store, restaurants, etc. Bus stops are located just
outside the houses on the north and south corners of Dundurn Street for
service to and from McMaster University.
